Pie Classes
Interested in learning the art of pie making? We host pie classes for groups of family, friends, coworkers, school groups, recreational groups and more. Learn the basics of baking a pie and create your very own mini pie to take home and enjoy!
Standard Baker (ages 13+) -
Covers the art of making pie dough, tips and tricks for rolling and handling pie crust, and basic filling. Has the option of making a mini Apple Crumble or Bumbleberry pie with lattice. Pie, coffee and cold drinks can be purchased to enjoy while your pies bake or you can leave and return in an hour to collect your finished pie.
Classes are available to book on Saturday afternoon and are a flat fee of $120 for the first 1-6 bakers. Additional bakers can be added for $20/person with a maximum of 12 bakers. Please allow 90 minutes for the class and an additional hour for baking and cooling time.
Junior Baker (ages 5-12) - A hands-on experience – see how we peel our apples and press our crusts. Finish by helping make your filling for your very own mini Apple Crumble Pie.
Classes are about an hour with an additional hour of baking time. Bakers can return to collect their pies an hour after they go into the oven. Cost is $12/Baker
